Currently, I am offering all my sessions online in following the CDC’s recommendations of social distancing.
I typically provide 50 minute individual sessions. We can determine the length and frequency of sessions together. We will initially need to meet weekly or bi-weekly to assess, establish goals and work on skills. We can later meet tri-weekly or monthly for continued support and maintenance of skills.

Couples or Family Therapy
Working with couples or family typically requires 60 minute sessions. We can determine the length and frequency of sessions together. We will initially need to meet weekly or bi-weekly to assess, establish goals and work on skills. We can later meet tri-weekly or monthly for continued support and maintenance of skills.
Training & Panel Discussions
In the past, I have planned and hosted panels on Intimate Partner Violence. I will continue working on training events, workshops and panel discussions in the future.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group for Teens: This group is designed to help teens navigate interpersonal relationships, cope with strong feelings and difficult situations. Each week we will learn and discuss new skills. Teens will receive feedback from facilitator and support from their peers. There are 3 modules offered: Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Mindfulness skills will be incorporated in each group. New participants must attend 1st session/orientation to join DBT group – only once when first joining. (Reduced fee for payment in full for each module.) Parent/guardian DBT Skills Workshop Series: These workshops are for parents or family members of teens who are in DBT skills group or individual therapy. Participants will learn the skills the teens are learning: to manage feelings effectively, to develop self-control over thoughts and actions and to learn to communicate in healthy ways. You can register for one or all three. Distress Tolerance + Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation + Mindfulness, or Interpersonal Effectiveness + Mindfulness. When: Saturdays 11:00am to 1:00pm Where: Tree of Hope Counseling – 2300 East Avenue Cost: $60/workshop (reduced fee for more than one family member). Parent Group of LGBTQ+ Youth and Young Adults:This group is to provide information and resources on all things LGBTQ+ for parents/guardians and allies of LGBTQ+ youth/young adults. We will address any related parenting stressors and find support so that you can better understand and support your LGBTQ+ loved ones. When: We will meet once a month. - Private pay at this time. I accept cash, checks, credit cards, and health savings accounts. Payment is due at the time of service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a $40 late fee. I am not currently accepting insurance. However, I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement when applicable. Please contact me about nights or weekends as needed.
